Earth
Song Tiles, the team effort of John & Shannon Gresham, have been
producing and distributing their unique line of quality handmade ceramic tiles
from their studio on Gabriola Island BC to homes and businesses worldwide for over 15 years.
John,
has a background
in
industrial pattern making for foundries,
carpentry and instrument building. He applies these craftsmanship
skills to
the production of the tiles, mold making and firing combining his
own unique tools and techniques along with traditional tile making
methods.
Shannon designs & carves the original tiles as well as doing the hand painting & custom color work. She has an extensive background & education in a variety of artistic mediums including ceramic sculpture, painting, gemstone carving and award winning beadwork.
